Club member Baxter Smith of Seaford, Delaware, has won Honorable Mention at the “Woodworkers’ Showcase” exhibit currently showing at Chestertown RiverArts. Baxter’s winning entry, “Walnut Tux Vase”, is shown above. The show judges remarked: “This turned vase stands out for its visual and tactile appeal. A simple form, it nevertheless reflects thoughtful consideration of color and pattern.”
